Our mission at Autumn Hill is to provide a place where residents are treated with dignity and respect, and where activities are planned that support each person’s independence and self-esteem. We do all we can to create an environment that allows our residents to enjoy this phase of their lives, feel they are part of a caring family and know they are safe and well looked after by a concerned and capable staff.

“We have a dedicated nurse just for woundcare. He is very dedicated and changes my packing every morning. It’s made such a difference in such a short amount of time. I see deer almost every day outside; rabbits and road runners, too.

They treat you like you have apartments here—not rooms. The language they use really help to make it feel like you’re not in a facility but you’re at home. And the bathrooms are huge—about a third of your room.”

Hershel Paxton

“My room has heaven for the view. It’s such a beautiful area. It’s beyond adequate and such a clean facility. The staff is wonderful!”
